Hurricane Ernesto has come and past with little cosmetic damage around Punta Allen.  In the words of Charley’s wife, Amy, he was “All Bark and No Bite”.  Fine By Me. 

The eye of the storm made landfall about 75 miles south of the Club near the front porch of Paradise Lodge – which took the brunt of Cat 5 Hurricane Dean back in 2007.   Paradise survived with zero issues as well.

Despite a busy lobster season and the chaos of storm prep, the fellas have not missed a meal.
