We are enthusiastic about providing anglers with the appropriate instruction to learn and improve casting skills that address diverse and increasingly advanced fishing situations. The Tailwaters Private Casting Lesson programming instructs students on a variety of skill categories, including: loop formation and control, accuracy, roll cast, presentation, change in direction, and distance.  Improved casting opens up more fishing opportunities for fly anglers with even greater success.

Beginner and Beginner +
These lessons presents the preliminary - then advanced - instruction and drills to establish foundational skills for casting a fly rod and forming a loop that takes the fly to the fish.

Intermediate and Advanced
These lessons presents the preliminary - then advanced - instruction, drills, and strategic techniques to promote efficient fly delivery, distance, non-dominant casting, accuracy, and wind or weight resistance.
