The first part is knots, rigging and casting outside. The second is an optional hour indoors on equipment and flies, for anyone planning to fish without a guide.

Before you book
No experience needed
This is the class for people who have never held a fly rod. If you can already cast forty feet, Advanced Casting is the better morning.

Casting and rigging is $150. The classroom hour straight after is $50 more, and is worth it if you plan to fish on your own.
Twelve spots per class
Small enough that you get looked at individually, and the reason these fill.

Nobody turns up to this class already equipped. That is exactly who it is for.
Who teaches it
Most of the people behind the counter teach these classes. They guide, they fish this water on their days off, and they know where beginners get stuck.
