RIO Products Fluoroflex Trout Leaders

RIO Fluoroflex Trout Leaders are knotless, tapered leaders made from 100% fluorocarbon. They suit trout fishing when you want a lower-visibility connection without building a leader from spools. RIO gives these leaders a long butt section to help turn flies over and keep the presentation controlled, especially when you’re stretching casts or dealing with wind. Each leader comes with a hand-tied perfection loop in the butt for quick rigging and easy leader changes.

Across the range, the choice is length and X-size. Start with 9 feet when you want more reach and separation. The 7.5 foot versions keep things shorter and quicker to manage.
