TFO Mangrove Coast Rod

Wind, heavier flies, and fish that do not come quietly call for a saltwater rod with some backbone but not a broomstick. The TFO Mangrove Coast is a 9'0" moderate-fast rod offered from 6wt through 12wt. It uses saltwater-safe FUJI Concept-O guides, a full-wells grip, and a fighting butt on every model for better leverage when a fish is close.

Across the range, the heavier line weights carry more mass in-hand, listed from 3.8 to 4.9 oz. TFO includes a rod sock and tube. This series makes sense for anglers shopping one saltwater platform and picking line weight based on fly size and how hard the wind usually blows.
