Dr Slick Jumbo Whip Finisher

What it is

The Dr Slick Jumbo Whip Finisher is a jumbo-size whip finishing tool built on a carbon fiber shaft with a powder-coated handle. It’s lightweight but exceptionally rigid with zero flex, so it stays stable while you form the knot. The handle has a non-slip grip for control when you’re finishing bigger flies.

What to tie with it

Use it to whip finish and lock down knots cleanly, especially when you’re building large fly heads and need to work around bulky materials. The jumbo size helps when you’re tying on large hook gaps and when you’re tensioning heavy thread during the finish.
