What it is
Hareline Buggy Nymph Legs are narrow-cut silicone legs for fly tying. The silicone has barred, speckled markings, stays durable on the hook, and the small diameter lets the legs wiggle and pulse underwater instead of looking stiff.
What to tie with it
Use it anywhere you want leg motion without adding bulk: stonefly nymph legs, shrimp and crayfish legs, and buggy stillwater nymph accents. You typically tie it in as paired legs through the thorax, as a few kicked-out strands at the sides, or as short feelers/antennae on crustacean patterns. It also fits trout spey-style flies where you want subtle movement in the profile.
