What it is

Hareline Micro Pulsator Strips are rabbit fur strips cut for tying, with an ultra-soft, dense fiber pack. In the water they breathe and pulse with very little movement from the line or current, giving you that high-motion rabbit look without needing a bulky strip. They’re also made with a barred pattern that reads like natural mottling on baitfish and bottom critters.

What to tie with it

Use them as zonker strips for streamer wings and full bodies, or palmer them as a wrap to build a pulsing body on leeches, snakes, and jigged zonkers. They also work well as crab claws where you want motion without a big, heavy profile. Because the strip is micro-sized, it’s a clean choice when you want a finer-bodied streamer or a smaller rabbit profile.

Flies and the fish they're for

Tie them into Bunny Flies and Silly Rabbits for trout in rivers and stillwaters, and for warmwater fish like largemouth bass in ponds and lakes when you want a leechy, swimming meal. The Dirty Stripper is a rabbit-strip baitfish for bigger targets like striped bass and other predators where you’re fishing current seams, banks, and bait concentrations in both fresh and saltwater. Micro Pulsator Strips also fit naturally into rabbit-strip baitfish and leech-style streamer fishing for panfish like bluegill and crappie when you scale the pattern down.

How it compares

Compared to Hareline Magnum Strips and Standard Rabbit strips, Micro Pulsator Strips are the smaller-size option for a slimmer body and a more refined profile while keeping the same rabbit-strip motion.
