Lil Yellow Stone (Burk's)

The Burk's Lil Yellow Stonefly is a well-known dry fly pattern that imitates the small yellow stoneflies (Isoperla species) found in many rivers and streams across North America. These insects hatch in abundance during the warm summer months, often from late June through August, providing steady surface action when trout eagerly rise to feed on them.
