ABOUT US

The Tailwaters Ladies Club is a completely free membership-based community of female anglers at all stages of their fly fishing journey. From the beginner to the woman who spends 200+ days on the water, we provide the educational resources, outfitting services, and travel opportunities to support our female angling community near and far. Texas residency is not required, and all ages are welcome.

Our goals are to provide meaningful education both in-store and through our social media to advance female anglers, offer the most dialed assortment of women's fishing apparel anywhere both in-store and online, and organize fly fishing travel that meets all budgets and appetitites for adventure.

Morning Brew with Mo Prater // May 17th 9:30AM - 11AM (before the Tailwaters Anniversary Party)

Join the Ladies Club for a Morning Brew with Morgan “Mo” Prater from 9:30am-11am at Tailwaters Fly Fishing Co. Mo is a seasoned female fly fishing guide for Beaver's Bend Fly Shop in Oklahoma and The Sportsman Fly Shop in Colorado.

We will kick things off at 9:30AM with coffee and mimosas, then host a Q&A with Mo at 10AM talking all things about being a female in the outdoor space, pro tips for trout fishing, and navigating public figure status on social media. Drink, chat, and shop all before the Tailwaters 18th Anniversary Party starts at 11AM. We will see you there!

Ladies Club Happy Hour // June 4th, 6-7:30PM

The Ladies Club is hosting their next Happy Hour on June 4th from 6-7:30pm. Cocktails and NA beverages provided! Catch up with friends, meet new ones, and plan your next fishing adventure. Join us!

Iguana Island Invitational

The Tailwaters Ladies Club is headed to Punta Allen, Mexico for the Iguana Island Invitational - a laid-back, all-species ladies tournament takeover of The Palometa Club. We’ll spend six days chasing permit, bonefish, tarpon, snook, triggers, and barracuda in one of the world’s most legendary fisheries. If you're only after one species - no problem. Fish for what you want. It's your week!

Fish hard during the day. Relax, sip cold margs, and swap stories and dance moves at night. All skill levels are welcome. This is a place to learn, level up, and let loose. Our hardworking guides will compete for prizes based on the fish you catch (honor system rules).

Tan lines will fade. Panga stories won't. Join us!

Ladies Club X WRTC Hosted Trip //
November 13-16, 2025 (2 Rods Left)

Join the Ladies Club on a hosted trip to the White River Trout Club this fall. The White River Trout Club sits in a prime location on the famed White River in Flippin, Arkansas. Located just 8 miles below Bull Shoals Dam, anglers have immediate access to the best fishing on the entire river.

This destination is perfect for female anglers of all skill levels in pursuit of rainbow and brown trout. Enjoy two days of guided fly fishing, solo room / shared bath accommodations, and meals and refreshments during your stay.
